About the role

Lead the profitable water portfolio in Guatemala, driving growth, brand equity and sustainable success through market insights, innovation and AI‑driven capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the water category strategy aligned with the regional 5‑year plan, adapting portfolio, pricing, placement and activation to the Guatemalan market.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver the annual operating plan, tracking milestones and adjusting execution based on market performance.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities, including portfolio extensions, distributor partnerships, channel expansion and strategic alliances.
• Lead price‑pack architecture across all channels by analyzing price elasticity, channel economics and consumer value perception.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive benchmarking, anticipating trends, risks and opportunities for proactive decision‑making.
• Monitor category P&L, performance metrics and corrective actions to safeguard financial health.
• Elevate brand equity and evolve communication strategy through integrated campaigns and consistent consumer touchpoints.
• Build AI‑powered and digital marketing capabilities, embedding tools for market intelligence, content creation, personalization and automation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in category or business unit management within the beverage industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate regional plans into local growth strategies.
• Experience driving cross‑functional collaboration and delivering volume, share and profitability targets.
