About the role
The Construction Engineer will ensure the proper execution and progress of the structural and intermediate phases of a building project, meeting quality, safety, schedule and budget standards. This position coordinates on‑site activities, manages resources and guarantees compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and control the work to ensure it follows plans, technical specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and on‑site workers, monitoring their performance.
- Manage the project schedule, adjust timelines when delays occur and implement mitigation actions.
- Oversee material usage, maintain inventory, and place orders to guarantee timely availability.
- Monitor costs, report budget deviations and contribute to financial progress reports.
- Ensure all activities comply with industrial safety and construction regulations.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar construction engineering role, preferably in serial housing projects.
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
