Ingeniero DevOps

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will design, implement and maintain the infrastructure, tools and processes that enable rapid, secure and efficient development, deployment and operation of applications. The role works closely with Development, Operations and Security teams to improve automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery and system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Automate manual processes to boost productivity.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Ensure security of infrastructure and databases.
• Resolve infrastructure incidents and problems.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations and Security teams.
• Research and integrate new DevOps technologies.
• Promote best practices for automation and Infrastructure as Code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems or related field (post‑graduate desirable).
• Intermediate English minimum; advanced English preferred.
• More than 5 years of experience in DevOps, IT operations and software development.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Python and JavaScript scripting.
• Git version control.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
• Kubernetes.
• CI/CD implementation.
• GitHub, Microsoft 365, VPN, Navicat.
