About the role

As a Pre‑sales Engineer you will be the technical bridge between business strategy and scalable, secure, cost‑effective cloud solutions. You will work directly with senior client executives to design and propose high‑value infrastructure, hybrid‑cloud and cybersecurity architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical pre‑sales phase for complex solutions targeting corporate customers.
• Design end‑to‑end architectures for core infrastructure, hybrid cloud and security that ensure scalability, profitability and alignment with client strategy.
• Respond to RFI/RFP requests, producing detailed and persuasive technical documentation.
• Present value propositions and technical solutions to executives and key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, architecture and operations teams to guarantee successful delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in cloud infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities based on client technology needs.
• Ensure proposed solutions match client strategic objectives and ROI expectations.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience in technical pre‑sales or technology consulting.
• Proven track record designing and implementing IT infrastructure, including data‑center, hybrid‑cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and managed services.
• Deep knowledge of software‑defined networking, especially Cisco ACI.
• Hands‑on experience with cybersecurity and observability tools such as Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Check Point and Splunk.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VMware VCP) are highly valued.
• Familiarity with service‑management frameworks like ITIL Foundations.
• Demonstrated ability to craft technical solutions aligned with business goals and ROI.
