Inside Account Associate (LAC) – CCA

About the role

The Inside Account Associate (LAC) supports TD SYNNEX's Caribbean Central America (CCA) organization by managing a portfolio of customers from an inside‑sales perspective. You will drive revenue and gross‑profit targets through efficient order processing, proactive outreach, and strong relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing, including order entry, hold resolution, shipment tracking and providing customers with status updates.
• Proactively contact existing accounts and prospect new business opportunities to meet growth and profit objectives.
• Respond to quotes, bids and orders via phone, email, instant messenger and fax, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
• Promote TD SYNNEX value‑added services such as the Reserve Program and Configuration Services.
• Negotiate gross‑margin improvements through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Collaborate with internal TD SYNNEX teams and vendor field representatives as a liaison for customers.
• Gather competitive, market and pricing intelligence and share feedback with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in mandatory vendor training, lunch‑and‑learns and seminars.
• Provide backup coverage for other sales teams and act as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); college degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales or account management.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to assist with collections when needed.
• Familiarity with Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
