About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join our logistics sales team. The successful candidate will support the sales process by researching rates, preparing quotes, and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Research rates and services to create competitive rate proposals.
- Prepare and update quotes using CargoWise One (CW1).
- Generate prospects and identify new sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers, agents, and prospects to advance the sales cycle.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships.
- Handle objections and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales activity and conversion targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, pricing or sales.
- Experience in the logistics industry, such as operations, traffic or warehousing (preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CargoWise One (CW1).
- Familiarity with Magaya software.
