IT Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead and maintain our global technology infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on technical support with project leadership to ensure reliable hardware, software and services across sites.

Key responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for assigned IT Operations services and provide on‑site technical support for desktops, laptops and Chromeboxes.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver IT projects on time, within scope and budget while managing risks and stakeholder communication.
• Recruit, orient, train and coach IT Generalists, conducting regular 1:1 discussions.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades and configuration of workstations and printers.
• Monitor, report and document system performance and incidents, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal clients, vendors and non‑IT departments to align resources and meet service objectives.
• Maintain a safe, secure 24/7 operations environment and adhere to company policies and core values.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education (preferred) with at least 2 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 1 year of management or project‑management experience.
• Experience with base‑image creation and software packaging deployments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive risk identification, scope management and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of Windows, iOS/macOS, Android and Microsoft desktop/server platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and comfortable in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
