About the role

The Trade Marketing Lead will plan and develop assigned distribution channels, driving promotions and merchandising activities at the point of sale. The role focuses on increasing market share, sales volume, and profitability across multiple segments while ensuring alignment with company policies, customer service standards, and product development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an effective trade‑marketing action plan, including pre‑evaluation, sales forecasts, and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Develop point‑of‑sale initiatives through merchandising activities and advise clients on product line improvements to boost brand image and sales.
• Implement advertising campaigns, media placements, and BTL activities tailored to retail requirements.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor categories, product performance, pricing, and promotional execution.
• Track competitor activity in stores and media, producing monthly analysis reports and competitive action plans.
• Manage the trade‑marketing budget, ensuring proper allocation and execution of investment according to strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the food or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
• Proven experience handling trade‑marketing metrics and budget management.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (preferred).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
