Junior Auditor – Cuilapa, Santa Rosa

About the role

We are looking for a committed, analytical Junior Auditor to join our team in Cuilapa, Santa Rosa. The role focuses on supporting internal and external audit activities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal and external audits.
• Document audit findings and prepare reports for management.
• Verify compliance with International Auditing Standards (NIA).
• Support the implementation of internal controls and process improvements.
• Participate in scheduled weekend audits when required.

Required profile

• Student in the final year, close to graduation, or graduate in Public Accounting and Auditing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or internal control.
• Availability to work occasional weekends for scheduled audits.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Familiarity with International Auditing Standards (NIA).
