About the role
We are looking for a proactive Junior Supervisor to oversee drywall and finishing works on construction projects in Zona 16, Guatemala City. The role offers the opportunity to develop professionally within a dynamic building environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the correct execution of drywall, false ceiling, plaster and finishing tasks.
- Coordinate work crews and subcontractors on site.
- Verify quality, progress, and compliance with project schedules.
- Quantify completed work and support activity planning.
- Report daily progress to the Project Resident/Supervisor.
Required profile
- Proactive, responsible and results‑oriented.
- Experience in supervising drywall, false ceiling, plaster and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong capability to monitor personnel, control advances and ensure quality.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow instructions, timelines and SSO standards.
