About the role

Join GCG, a leading provider of aviation and culinary solutions across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Kitchen Assistant you will support food preparation and assembly for a variety of clients, contributing to the high‑quality service that defines our brand.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to standardized recipes and client specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
Assist senior kitchen staff in daily operations to ensure smooth service flow.
Support inventory control by reporting stock levels and any shortages.

Required profile
