About the role

Enertiva is seeking a Construction Leader to drive the planning and execution of solar energy projects across Latin America. Based in Guatemala City, you will work full‑time on‑site, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality construction delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master construction schedule and 3‑to‑6‑week look‑ahead plan.
• Define activity sequencing to avoid discipline conflicts and optimize workflow.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose performance improvements, and refine construction methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Construction Coordinator to provide first‑level technical support to field crews.
• Conduct site inspections, verify quality, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Manage project budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in solar energy or similar infrastructure.
• Technical or university background in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related fields.
• Strong teamwork, organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with diverse professional profiles.
