About the role

The Team Leader will oversee daily operations of a retail kiosk, ensuring a clean, organized environment and driving sales performance. This position reports to store management and works closely with the sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the kiosk team to meet sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper cash handling.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Monitor daily financials and keep the cash register balanced.
• Coordinate with management on merchandising and promotional activities.

Required profile

• High‑school graduate (diversificado).
• Experience in customer service, sales and staff supervision.
• Availability to work weekends and mall hours with rotating breaks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Comfort with basic numerical tasks and technology use.
