Logistics & Operations Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics & Operations Assistant to support our fast‑growing commercial services company. This fully remote, full‑time position works across Operations, Billing and Customer Communication, helping keep daily workflows smooth and customers satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across multiple departments, meeting established timelines.
• Maintain accurate data entry and keep records up‑to‑date in CRM and internal systems.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow‑ups and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
• Organise customer files, notes and records for easy accessibility.
• Prepare clear, error‑free customer‑facing documentation and reports.
• Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them to the appropriate coordinator.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 2‑5 years of experience in operations, administrative support or customer‑facing roles.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and juggling multiple priorities.
• Ability to make quick decisions in partially documented or evolving workflows.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with project‑management tools such as Asana, Notion or Trello (optional but a plus).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 – $1,044 per month (experience‑based).
