Logistics Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Team Lead to oversee end‑to‑end truckload operations within our Transportation Management System (TMS). The role focuses on execution support, ensuring accurate order entry, dispatch visibility and timely communication among drivers, dispatch, customer service and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new truckload orders accurately into the TMS, verifying shipper, consignee, appointment dates, revenue codes, mileage, weight and billing details.
• Ensure orders are displayed correctly on the truckload dispatch board and monitor board for tractor and trailer assignments, driver availability and appointment windows.
• Identify loads missing required data (tractor, trailer, driver) and resolve gaps promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date driver status, tractor and trailer information, and document all changes in planning comments or order notes.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customer service and internal stakeholders to support billing and claims resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 level English proficiency.
• At least one year of logistics experience with prior supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong ability to interpret dates, times, mileage and driver status.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Capability to prioritize time‑sensitive tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Transportation Management System (TMS).
