Marketing Operations & Events Coordinator

About the role

Learning Genie Inc., an award‑winning EdTech startup, is seeking a remote Marketing Operations & Events Coordinator to serve as the execution backbone for its marketing and events pipelines. The role supports conference logistics, sponsorships, campaigns, and data tracking while working directly with the CEO and Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with contract management, vendor invoice tracking, purchase requests, and daily bookkeeping using Excel and QuickBooks Online.
• Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other events, handling timelines, budgets, registrations, travel, booth logistics, and material shipments.
• Review sponsorship agreements, track deliverables, and maintain organized records of packages, invoices, and contacts.
• Research and evaluate relevant conferences, associations, and sponsorship opportunities, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain accurate conference, sponsorship, contact, and budget trackers in Google Workspace and HubSpot CRM; clean and deduplicate data.
• Track registrations, leads, and post‑event outcomes, supporting reporting on event performance.
• Assist with email campaigns, build registration/RSVP forms, and route hot leads to sales.
• Distribute event leads to appropriate team members, document notes, and compare results against goals for future improvement.

Required profile

• Exceptionally organized, detail‑obsessed, and proactive.
• Strong administrative or events‑coordination background, with an interest in marketing.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across LATAM or the Philippines.
