Media Planner – Digital Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Media Planner to join our team and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives while efficiently using budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Design media strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
• Create, manage, and optimize multichannel paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
• Administer budgets, bids, audience segmentation, and investment distribution.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B tests, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimizations.
• Prepare reports, present results, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and client‑service teams.
• Stay updated on platform trends and updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with proactive initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client and internal collaboration.
• Availability to work onsite.
