About the role
AR-Holdings is looking for enthusiastic waitstaff to join its restaurant team in the Pradera area of Concepción. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional dining experience, taking orders, and supporting the kitchen and bar teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a high‑quality service experience to every guest.
- Take orders, advise on menu items, and suggest daily specials.
- Promote upselling and recommend complementary dishes and drinks.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned service area.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and strong teamwork orientation.
Required skills
- Customer‑service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of menu items and beverage pairing.
