About the role

We are looking for a motivated professional to create 3D models and both conceptual and constructive drawings for a variety of construction projects. The role involves ensuring proper integration and coordination of all specialties to produce accurate schematics and model sets that match project scopes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate 3D models and detailed construction drawings using industry‑standard software.
• Coordinate with different disciplines to integrate models and produce coherent project documentation.
• Develop complete plan sets for construction projects, ensuring they meet quoting and execution requirements.
• Detect errors or improvement opportunities in designs and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Civil engineer or architect in the final year of university or with a closed curriculum.
• Long‑term growth mindset within the company.
• Willingness to travel as project needs dictate.
• Team‑player with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Mandatory expertise in Revit Architecture.
