Network Senior Manager

About the role

The Network Senior Manager will drive the retail growth of the Puma Service Station Network. You will lead the full project lifecycle from market analysis and site selection to construction and launch, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports, statistics and action plans for the Commercial Director and Retail Manager, adjusting investment and expense strategies as needed.
• Manage the portfolio of idle spaces, negotiate contracts and evaluate business models to maximize commercial and economic use.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses, review CAPEX budgets and produce executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Submit CAPEX requests for network growth and support Area Sales Managers on new station projects.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring on‑time delivery, permit acquisition and construction progress monitoring.
• Assist the Retail Manager in supervising Sales Representatives, analysing market data, inventory, sales and margins to guide targeting decisions.
• Visit service‑station sites to assess new projects and verify implementation of strategic plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in network development, site acquisition or retail expansion, preferably in the fuel or convenience‑retail sector.
• At least 4 years of sales experience in a multinational environment and 4 years in a leadership role.
• Post‑graduate degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce or Marketing; undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven expertise in pricing strategies, strategic sales, marketing and international sales.
