Occupational Health Nurse (Villa Nueva)

About the role

Everise is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join its Villa Nueva site. You will be responsible for safeguarding employee health, ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards, and supporting the overall wellbeing of the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations.
• Identify, assess, and manage biological, physical, chemical, and ergonomic risks.
• Coordinate COVID‑19 testing, vaccination tracking, and related health protocols.
• Analyze medical data and prepare reports for management and executives.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee health records.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NIOSH, and other occupational health regulations.

Required profile

• Nursing degree (BSN or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year experience in occupational health or workplace nursing.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Certification or training in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., COHN, OSH, NIOSH) preferred.
• Personal vehicle preferred for site visits.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OSHA and NIOSH guidelines.
• Experience conducting occupational medical evaluations.
• Ability to coordinate COVID‑19 testing and health protocols.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Basic data analysis tools for reporting.
