Onsite Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Onsite Training Specialist to deliver high‑quality training for healthcare and customer‑service accounts. You will work under the guidance of a Training Manager, ensuring trainees meet performance standards through exams, quizzes, and hands‑on activities.

Key responsibilities

• Present existing training materials using lectures, demonstrations, and interactive activities.
• Assess trainee performance, provide coaching, and manage behavior as needed.
• Maintain daily class journals tracking attendance, performance, and agenda progress.
• Deliver performance reports to Training and Service Delivery Managers.
• Assist with additional classes and support certification programs specific to client requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Training Lead.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Training Specialist.
• Previous experience in a healthcare BPO environment is a strong plus.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility in schedule and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to apply them in curriculum design.
