About the role
The Telemarketing Operator will promote and sell a variety of products by phone, working with an assigned portfolio of customers to meet sales targets and ensure business profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls to customers to commercialize and sell assigned products.
- Record customer orders in the Route Management System, consolidating them before further processing.
- Communicate any customer issues or irregularities to the channel supervisor to maintain the integrity of the commercial relationship.
- Organize and keep the client database up‑to‑date with current phone numbers and contacts, adding new customers as needed.
Required profile
- Active university student.
- 1–2 years of experience in call‑center, telemarketing, customer service, order handling or commercial back‑office.
- Preferably experience in mass‑consumer or food‑industry companies.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Flexible schedule availability.
