About the role

We are looking for a motivated Patronista (Pattern Maker) to join our fashion production team. The role involves creating and adapting garment patterns, ensuring accurate size scaling and seamless translation of design concepts into production-ready technical files.

Key responsibilities

• Develop base patterns and transform molds for manufacturing.
• Scale patterns across multiple sizes for mass production.
• Interpret design sketches, technical sheets, drawings, and physical samples.
• Utilize CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Audaces) to produce precise digital patterns.
• Analyze fabric behavior, yarn characteristics, and sewing techniques to optimize pattern construction.

Required profile

• Highly motivated with strong teamwork orientation.
• Excellent customer service attitude for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong moral values and attention to detail.
