Performance Media Specialist (Trafficking)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Media Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end trafficking, monitoring, and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns. The role ensures accurate campaign setup, daily performance checks, and timely adjustments to meet client objectives while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build, traffic, and launch campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Configure audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, tracking parameters and creative assets.
• Perform quality assurance before and after launch to guarantee campaign accuracy.
• Monitor daily pacing, spend, delivery and performance metrics.
• Implement optimisations based on data and best‑practice guidelines.
• Update audiences, rotate creatives, edit campaigns and adjust budgets as needed.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues, policy disapprovals, tracking discrepancies and platform‑related concerns.
• Maintain organised documentation following internal naming conventions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with account managers, creative and analytics teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and digital media trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of hands‑on experience managing or trafficking paid media campaigns.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
