About the role

The Innovation Producer will drive the creation of new products, categories, and experiences by deeply understanding customer needs and market trends. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will turn ideas into differentiated, scalable, and profitable proposals that align with defined standards.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and customer needs to uncover opportunities.
• Develop innovative products, categories, and experiential concepts.
• Create standards and tools to support the implementation of proposals.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to develop and launch projects.
• Conduct tests, audits, and follow‑up activities to ensure proper implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Innovation, Food Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, retail, mass‑consumer, commercial innovation or related areas.
• Proven experience in customer research, trend analysis, and value‑proposition development.
• Knowledge of process standardization, documentation, experience design, category management and knowledge transfer.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as project needs dictate.
