About the role
idt is looking for a Recruitment Specialist in Guatemala City who will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to the onboarding of new hires. The role covers the IDT Guatemala location.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve recruitment strategies and leverage existing sources while creating new ones to support the candidate flow.
- Screen and interview applicants and report back the results for each open position.
Required profile
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar position.
- English at 85% written and spoken level.
- Ability to work onsite and remotely as required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure with high accuracy, and a team player.
- Experience recruiting different roles is desired; studies in Organizational Psychology or similar are a plus.
Required skills
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
