Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused representative to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other platforms.
• Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve complaints and issues in a professional, timely manner.
• Follow up on open requests to guarantee full resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and requests.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or a call‑center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
