Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Reporting Analyst who will manage the preparation, reconciliation and submission of regulatory filings. The role ensures compliance with reporting requirements, meets strict deadlines and supports broader financial reporting initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit state regulatory reports and filings accurately and on time.
• Interpret and apply insurance regulations and filing requirements to guarantee compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes across states and business lines and assess their impact on reporting.
• Extract, analyze, reconcile and validate data using internal systems and SQL queries.
• Maintain, document and improve reporting processes, including automation and workflow enhancements.
• Review existing procedures and documentation to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with regulators, affiliates and external stakeholders to support filings, data requests, exemptions and acquisitions.
• Partner with the Finance team to support loss reporting, tax‑related filings and other departmental reporting initiatives.

Required profile

• Availability to work 100% onsite (zona 14).
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (90%+ written and verbal).
• Strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and maintain high accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, especially pivot tables.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing large datasets.
