About the role
We are looking for a motivated Repostero (Pastry Chef) to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of desserts according to established recipes, working on the production line, and presenting plated desserts with care.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake desserts following standard recipes.
- Work efficiently on the kitchen line to meet production targets.
- Plate and garnish desserts for service.
- Assist with general kitchen tasks and maintain a clean work environment.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience as a kitchen assistant or in a similar role.
- Formal education in pastry, baking, or culinary arts (at least basic secondary level).
- Friendly, energetic personality with a willingness to support all kitchen activities.
