About the role
The company, a developer and constructor, is seeking a Resident Engineer (or qualified Architect) to lead the on‑site execution of a high‑end residential project in Guatemala City. The professional will act as the main point of contact on the construction site, ensuring that the project meets design specifications, quality standards and schedule commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
- Monitor progress against the project schedule and report deviations.
- Verify that all works comply with technical drawings, codes and safety regulations.
- Manage material deliveries and on‑site logistics for series housing units.
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues.
Required profile
- Graduated Engineer or Architect.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in construction.
- Proven experience in series housing or multi‑unit residential projects.
