About the role
The company is looking for a Site Resident to oversee construction activities at the Villa Nueva project. The role requires a qualified civil engineer or architect who can manage costs, schedules and work performance on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Control and monitor project costs.
- Maintain and update the construction schedule.
- Ensure work performance meets the planned execution standards.
Required profile
- Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Own vehicle and personal computer.
- Proven experience as a site resident or project supervisor.
- Availability to travel to the assigned project location.
Required skills
- Knowledge of metal structure and assembly (desirable).
