About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our CX team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional support through meaningful interactions, ensuring positive experiences that boost satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, chats and emails in English, providing efficient and friendly service.
• Resolve order and delivery challenges with a customer‑centric approach.
• Utilize active listening to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise the delivery process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
• Achieve performance metrics related to interaction handling and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of best practices in customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work on‑site.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at B2 level (spoken & written, CEFR).
