About the role
We are looking for a reliable Runner (assistant waiter) to support our service team in zones 14 and 15. The role involves delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Transport dishes, drinks, and other orders from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner.
- Assist waitstaff with table setup, clearing, and resetting as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and ensure proper handling of food items.
- Handle cash tips and follow proper cash handling procedures.
- Report any issues with equipment or supplies to the supervisor.
Required profile
- Male, aged between 20 and 40 years.
- Completed high school (Diversificado completo).
- At least 1 year of experience as a runner or similar hospitality role.
- Valid health and food‑handling certification.
- Availability to work in zones 14 and 15.
- Own transportation is desirable.
