Sales Advisor – Metrocentro Kiosk

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional service to customers at our Metrocentro kiosk. You will handle both sales and post‑sale activities, ensuring devices are activated, inventory is managed, and daily cash closures are accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality sales and after‑sales assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
• Activate electronic devices quickly and accurately.
• Ensure devices are correctly configured for customer use.
• Perform daily cash register closure with precise cash handling.
• Prepare daily sales and cash‑closure reports.
• Request and manage inventory to maintain stock levels.

Required profile

• Availability to work rotating shifts in shopping‑center locations.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail chains and sales.
• Experience with technology and electronic devices.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving aptitude and capacity to handle difficult situations.
• Own transportation is desirable.
• Passion for sales and technology.
