Sales Development Representative (Outbound SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this outbound‑focused position you will generate new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to target accounts and prospective customers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify needs and qualify sales opportunities.
• Schedule product demos and appointments for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and ensure data quality.
• Research target companies and key decision‑makers.
• Follow up leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance metrics.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation or related roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and objection‑handling skills.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls and engaging decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and resilient.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
