About the role
Podium is seeking a Sales Recruiter to build and scale its Sales Development team in Guatemala. You will own the full‑cycle recruiting process, develop hiring strategies, and partner with leaders to create strong talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end hiring from sourcing to offer.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies targeting sales talent selling into the US market.
- Source, screen, and identify top sales candidates.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics and report progress to leadership.
- Recommend scalable improvements to recruiting processes.
Required profile
- 3+ years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience, preferably for tech sales targeting the US market.
- Fluent conversational and written English.
- Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ownership mindset.
Required skills
- Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing skills.
