Senior Backend Python Engineer – Remote

About the role

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer you will build and maintain cloud‑native services that power products used by millions of collectors. This remote position lets you see your code directly impact web and mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services on AWS serverless infrastructure.
• Implement features end‑to‑end, from design through deployment.
• Build and consume APIs used by web and mobile applications.
• Work with containerised services using Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Build and maintain data models across PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with strong Python proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Background in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
