About the role

BDO Guatemala is seeking a Senior Tax professional to lead the analysis and review of client tax information. The role ensures high‑quality, timely deliverables while providing exceptional service and client support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and review tax data to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver client reports on schedule, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Provide expert advice on tax matters and support client inquiries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate tax solutions with accounting, finance, and labor considerations.

Required profile

• Final‑year student of Accounting and Public Auditing or a completed degree in the same field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax or accounting, preferably with full‑cycle accounting exposure.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and solid understanding of labor, finance and accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with basic audit procedures and technical work‑paper preparation.
• Basic English proficiency (desired).
