Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces that surface, validate, and resolve data issues for a large‑scale marketing analytics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable REST APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask) and manage PostgreSQL schemas and migrations.
• Build responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Implement data‑heavy features that process outputs from data lakes, ETL pipelines, health‑check logic, and machine‑learning models.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools while critically evaluating generated code for long‑term maintainability.
• Collaborate directly with client engineers via Slack and Google Meet to clarify requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and migration practices.
• Experience building performance‑sensitive, data‑heavy applications.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools and ability to assess their output.
• Comfort working in a Mac/Linux terminal environment (Bash, Makefiles).
• Upper‑intermediate English communication skills.
