Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage software development, implementation and delivery projects, ensuring they are completed successfully, on time, within scope and budget, and meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end software project lifecycles.
• Ensure projects stay within defined scope, schedule and budget.
• Align deliverables with client requirements and quality standards.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s in Project Management is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum three years of experience managing projects, preferably in banking or technology.
• Strong service orientation and client‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SCRUM methodology.
• Familiarity with programming languages.
• Experience with professional project management tools.
