About the role

Key responsibilities

• Create project forecasts and manage budgets, equipment, and resources.
• Apply Agile methodologies to monitor and control project progress.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Guide the team to follow established processes and implement necessary changes.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle software projects.
• Strong ability to understand client needs and convert them into technical solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
