About the role
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to join our team in Guatemala City. The position focuses on revenue recognition, month‑end close activities, and close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Process sales orders, generate customer invoices, and manage collections for contracts.
- Support month‑end close by preparing revenue calculations, journal entries, reconciliations and accounting schedules.
- Analyze account fluctuations, investigate variances and provide clear explanations for financial reporting.
- Prepare financial‑statement disclosure schedules and assist with reporting requirements.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve billing, pricing, contract and reporting issues.
- Support external audits by supplying documentation and accounting assistance.
Required profile
- Certified Public Accountant.
- 3–5+ years of general accounting or financial statement audit experience.
- Knowledge of US GAAP ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
- Understanding of SOX controls and accounting documentation.
- Advanced English level B2+.
