Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Kubernetes & Observability

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of both on‑premise and SaaS‑hosted platforms. You will focus on Kubernetes cluster management, monitoring, and observability using Snowflake and OpenTelemetry while supporting global enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide core system administration for enterprise infrastructure, covering on‑premise and cloud‑hosted environments.
• Manage, scale, and maintain containerized workloads on Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement and refine monitoring, tracing, and logging pipelines with Snowflake and OpenTelemetry.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, incident response, and root‑cause analysis.
• Automate repetitive infrastructure tasks using Bash, Python, or Go and IaC tools.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of infrastructure management experience.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix system administration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• Upper‑intermediate English communication skills.
