SEO & Paid Ads Specialist

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced SEO and Paid Advertising Specialist to own search engine visibility and paid campaigns. The role focuses on generating leads, improving organic rankings, and running profitable Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and on‑page SEO elements.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing) campaigns.
• Monitor performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI.
• Create and test ad copy, audiences, and landing page strategies.
• Track results using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO, GEO, PPC, and algorithm updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on‑page SEO, and link‑building.
• Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
