Supervisor de Cuentas por Pagar

About the role

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will lead the AP team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payment scheduling, and compliance with accounting, tax, and internal control policies. This role contributes to the efficiency of the financial cycle and supports both national and international supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Accounts Payable team.
• Validate invoice registration and supporting documentation in the ERP system.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Oversee payment scheduling and follow‑up for domestic and international vendors.
• Monitor pending, blocked, or disputed invoices and resolve issues.
• Validate reconciliations, accounting integrations, and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or near completion in Public Accounting and Auditing.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong knowledge of SAT, FEL, IVA, and ISR regulations.
• Proven ability to lead automation and digitalization projects.
• High analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
