About the role

The Fleet Supervisor will coordinate maintenance operations for a vehicle fleet and manage the drivers under their supervision. The role ensures optimal vehicle performance, resource efficiency, service quality, and adherence to established timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet units.
• Oversee daily operations of drivers, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate regular reports for management.
• Manage the allocation and proper use of tools, parts, and other resources.
• Travel to various locations within the country as required.

Required profile

• University studies in Automotive Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical degree).
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in automotive workshops.
• Experience handling trucks weighing 5‑12 tons and holding a Class A driver’s license (or Class B convertible to A).
• Age between 25 and 45 years and willingness to work rotating 8‑hour shifts.
• Availability for travel throughout the country.
