About the role

The Budget Supervisor will lead the preparation and coordination of technical and economic offers for construction projects, ensuring accurate cost quantification, integration and compliance with tender requirements. The role also involves managing a team of analysts and budget assistants to deliver high‑quality, efficient budgeting outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the quantification and cost integration for projects.
• Coordinate the preparation and review of technical and economic offers.
• Verify that submitted documentation meets all tender specifications.
• Review budgets, cost analyses and technical documentation before submission.
• Lead, monitor and develop the team of Budget Analysts and Assistants.
• Consolidate technical criteria and ensure proper coordination among project stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement process optimizations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, methodologies and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Graduate or final‑year student in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing construction budgets.
• Experience with cost quantification, integration and technical/economic offer preparation.
• Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
