Supply Chain Operations Associate – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Operations Associate to keep the end‑to‑end supply chain of a fast‑growing DTC beauty brand running smoothly. This remote position supports inventory management, supplier coordination, and cross‑functional alignment for new SKUs and marketing promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain weekly end‑of‑hand (EOH) and sell‑through updates and share them via Slack.
• Spot‑check planning files, catch formula errors, and flag stock‑out risks and reorder points.
• Support monthly/quarterly forecasts, new SKU setup, and marketing promo synchronization.
• Track order ETAs, align timelines across teams, and own daily supplier communication (China, Korea, USA).
• Place orders, confirm delivery dates, and manage purchase orders in ClickUp and the Fulfil ERP.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and domestic carriers, handle vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Partner cross‑functionally to drive task completion and production alignment.
• Keep PO and shipping status updated for team visibility.
• Continuously improve SOPs and create Loom walkthroughs.
• Assist leadership with ad‑hoc projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or data‑heavy operations within a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
• Experience coordinating with domestic and international suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and ERP/WMS systems (Fulfil, NetSuite, Cin7, Sage, etc.).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable handling large datasets, complex formulas, and ensuring data integrity.
• Strong administrative, reconciliation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, pivot priorities, and align with leadership.
