About the role
The Field Sales Team Leader will coordinate a team of field sales representatives, ensuring they reach assigned locations, support customers, and achieve sales targets. This role involves traveling to various points using a panel‑type vehicle and acting as the main point of contact between the sales team and the sales supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Transport the sales team to assigned locations using a panel‑type vehicle.
- Accompany and support sales representatives throughout their workday.
- Monitor progress towards sales goals and commercial activities.
- Motivate the team to meet established objectives.
- Maintain constant communication with the Sales Supervisor.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work 100 % in the field.
- Result‑oriented mindset.
- Valid driving licence (preferably category B).
Required skills
- Valid driving licence (category B) – desirable.
